St. John's U.S. Virgin Islands

Ray and I took the boys to visit Auntie Laurie and Uncle Craig in St. John's! We also brought Linda along to babysit on our nights out! She was awesome. We all had a great time and can't wait to go back next year!!

Upon arriving in St. Thomas and making our way to St. John's we were greeted by the Crandalls and brought back to Century Hills to unpack and rest up. Beautfully, refurnished and fully loaded condos with two pools.

This was our home for the week!

What a view!

Our "private" pool. It was perfect in the mornings and early evenings - a great way to clean up after the beach!!

Looking out off our balcony...

........

You could be here next year!

Hawksnest Bay.

Connor loved the clean, white sand.

The start of a "giant" sandcastle.

Look at that water....(and the two handsome fellas in the sand)!

"Hi!"

Maho Bay
Truly scerene!! On Thursday the boys and I went with Linda and the Crandall women to Maho Bay. Daddy and Uncle Craig went deep sea fishing. It was an adventure...though they did manage to catch some fish for dinner.

The off season was a great time to visit; the beaches were not crowded at all.

My little fish!

Laurie suggested they feed the sea gulls. "Here birdie, birdie...."

If you feed them, they will come... (Connor, Laurie and Destiny - Laurie's granddaughter).

Such a sport!

Grabbing a crumb off Destiny's head!
Colby and Linda having a blast in the water!

Linda is soo fun!!

Time to go!

Karaoke and Chinese
Ray and I joined Laurie, Craig and Meagan (Laurie's daughter) for dinner and an evening of entertainment.

Amy finally dancing with Ray.

Laurie and Hollywood, a local that "lives off the land".

Laurie and Ray tearing up the dance floor!

Hmm... Laurie with another man!

Aren't we cute?

Good friends are hard to find!

"Cheese", Uncle Craig!

Trunk Bay
Friday, the McDonalds and Linda went to Trunk Bay, one of the most popular beaches in the Caribbean!

Daddy building a sandcastle with his boys.

Colby trying to demolish the masterpiece!

Sneaky...... "If they won't let me grab it, I will sit on it"!

Linda, relieved that Ray and I began to parent - she finally gets a break!

Moments after a face plant!

Good bye Trunk Bay!

We spent Friday at the pool!
Connor learned to swim here!! He mastered the cannon ball - he even did them without his life jacket on!!! So brave!!

Working on his "tan" and showing off for the ladies!!

"Splash!"

Coral Bay
Sunday afternoon Ray and I drove through the national forest and headed to the other side of the island - Coral Bay. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, saw some wild animals and enjoyed cocktails at "Shipwreck Landing".

So handsome!

Modelesque really.

The elementary school...located across the street - two bars. Linda and I submitted our applications....we should be hearing back soon!!

LOTS of wild chickens.

Wild short haired sheep mingling with the wild goats.

Beautiful!

Shipwreck Landing

Driving on the left hand side of the road was the easy part, the switchbacks like this were the difficult part.

Later, Linda enjoyed a night on the town.

Driving around Cruz Bay
Add Image Narrow streets.

Mongoose Junction - a nice shopping area.

St. John's Market - one of only a few grocery stores on the island.

Pay careful attention to the streets....trees and speed bumps...not to mention people.

Horseback Riding: Carolina Corral
Meagan watched Colby while Linda, Ray, Connor and I enjoyed a horseback ride in Coral Bay.

Daddy and his little man!

Mommy's turn!

Connor and Daddy with matching mules/horses.

It took Linda and I a little while to get comfortable.

Connor and his mule, Petey, leading the pack!

What a view!

Big Man!

That, ladies and gentlemen, would be a termites' nest.

Hurricane Alley

Coral Bay

Yeah, we (and our horses) made it!

On our way home, we saw wild mules....there are 400 on the island.

Baby

Nature

Good Bye St. John!!
Thanks Laurie and Craig - we had a great time!! We miss you and can't wait to visit again!!

Our last glimpse of the island!

On the ferry ride to St. Thomas!

Many customers have stated that once they have ordered these
counterfeit, fake, imitation UGG's, they might arrive in the plain, brown box that looked battered. The artist material moisture from your feet, keep it cold and dry. And utilization with the preserving stratum inside the knock-off may also be a easy preventative pelage - not the real authenticated guy that can conflict users; the production is her toes when her vernacular users of sea boots check inside U.
